Clo O’Riordan holds an MBA from Henley Management College with a Post Graduate Cert in Clinical Trials from UCC.​

​Clo spent many years out of Ireland and worked in a variety of roles from management consultant to an American NGO in St Petersburg Russia, to creating a startup in Bahrain. On her return to Ireland Clo joined a family project where she created the recipe for a successful gin brand and supported the branding process. Clo joined UCC in 2021 as Research Support Officer (Clinical) on the UniCoV project.​

​Clo joined UCC Academy in February 2025 as a Project Officer and provides support across administration, communications and management, currently on the Horizons Europe Zero Hidden Hunger EU Project.
