Jessica McEvoy is a graduate of MTU, holding an Honours degree in HR Management and winning an award for highest overall mark in both Ordinary and Honours degrees. She then went on to pursue a Masters in E-Learning Design and Development, completing this in 2021. 鈥�
鈥�Prior to joining UCC Academy, Jessica worked with Blizzard Entertainment, focusing on customer care, employee engagement and training new hires. She then moved to Otonomee, a fully remote business process outsourcer, starting as a PA/Office Manager and advancing to Project Manager. Recent projects included an overhaul of 翱迟辞苍辞尘别别鈥檚 call-centre infrastructure, supporting the onboarding of new tools for the company, and delivery of training materials for various business units. On an ad-hoc basis, she was also responsible for design and delivery of business proposals and tender applications. 鈥�
鈥�Within UCC, Jessica has worked on projects with a variety of departments since March 2023, including VP Global, People and Culture, UCC Innovation, and Cork 深夜亚洲福利久久 Dental School and Hospital. She is currently working on three projects: delivering the HEA Space Utilisation survey for Buildings and Estates, supporting the transformation of the Finance department, and developing a multi-criteria analysis and associated business case for UCC Sports to determine the future development and location of sports facilities.鈥�
