UCC at 180: Discover our Legacy Exhibition at the Boole Library

Taoiseach Miche谩l Martin opened the 180th anniversary exhibition, 鈥淐elebrating 180 Years: 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork in Society鈥�, at the Boole Library. Running until March 2026, please come visit it on campus.

This exhibition showcases UCC鈥檚 enduring role as a place where ideas, people, and communities converge to shape the future. Highlights include:

• A historic timeline of key milestones in UCC鈥檚 journey since its foundation in 1845.
• An innovative 鈥楳ap Wall鈥� illustrating the growth and expansion of our campus over 180 years.
• Commemorative poetry by acclaimed poets Thomas McCarthy (BA 1975) and Dairena N铆 Chinn茅ide, whose works will become a permanent feature under the iconic Main Quadrangle arch.
