Dr. Siobh谩n Fox contributes to Palliative Care Research Network Symposium (December 2023)
The 12th Palliative Care Research Network (PCRN) Symposium took place on Thursday 7th December at the Ashling Hotel in Dublin, hosted by the All Ireland Association for Hospice and Palliative Care. This year鈥檚 event focussed on 鈥業mplementation of Research for Evidence-Based Practice鈥�.
A Special Interest Group (SIG) in Dementia Palliative Care was launched during the event. This Special Interest Group is chaired by Dr Siobh谩n Fox, Lecturer in the CGR. Expressions of interest for group membership can be made at the following .
Dr Siobh谩n Fox also presented research from the Model for Dementia Palliative Care Project during the Symposium. She delivered an oral presentation on 鈥淎 Comparison of Four Dementia Palliative Care Services using the RE-AIM Framework鈥�. She also presented a poster entitled 鈥淲hat are the views of people with dementia and family carers on an Irish model for dementia palliative care?鈥�.
