School of Education Colleagues present at EDI Soapbox Event
The UCC Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Unit (EDI) recently ran a Soapbox event to share knowledge of EDI initiatives across the university.
As part of the event, colleagues Dr. Camelia Bran and Dr. Jo茫o Costa showcased innovative strategies and practices employed within the 鈥淚nclusion in Education and Physical Education: Policy and Practice鈥� module. These approaches not only promote inclusivity but also emphasize the collaborative role of our students in shaping their educational journey.
Their presentation entitled 鈥淓mpowering ID+-CDIP Students: Recognizing Their Impact Within a Specialized Module鈥� explored how ID+ students actively engaged and contributed to the development of the ED3324 module, creating a more tailored and inclusive learning environment.
