Writer in Residence
Writer in Residence, ÉîÒ¹ÑÇÖÞ¸£Àû¾Ã¾Ã College Cork, 1 September 2017 – 31 August 2018
Applications are invited from writers of distinction for the above role, jointly funded by the Arts Council and ÉîÒ¹ÑÇÖÞ¸£Àû¾Ã¾Ã College Cork.
The Writer in Residence role is designed to provide a writer with a unique opportunity to develop his/her practice in a university environment while giving members of the university community the opportunity to engage with a practicing writer.
The appointment of Writer in Residence is for one year and the successful applicant will be paid a fee of €20,000.

The Film Artist in Residence is designed to provide a screenwriter with a unique opportunity to develop his/her practice in a university environment while offering students of film and screen media the opportunity to engage with a practising artist in a meaningful way during the course of their studies.
The appointment of Film Artist in Residence is for one year and the successful applicant will be paid a fee of €20,000.
