Welcome

operates as an information portal, providing a central source of information related to family relationships and a comprehensive online source of all aspects of Irish family law. It serves to inform the general public and service providers of all relevant existing, validated sources of information that are currently accessible both on and offline. The aim is to collate and better convey existing information, resources and services in Ireland, thereby ensuring that anyone seeking information will be able to access all related sources.

The website, an initiative of the Family Law Clinic at the , ÉîÒ¹ÑÇÖÞ¸£Àû¾Ã¾Ã College Cork was developed by Professor Louise Crowley, senior lecturer in family law and is moderated and supported by students of the LLM (Children’s Rights and Family Law). The primary aim of this project is to provide those in need of information relating to aspects of Irish family law, with a comprehensive and up-to-date statement of the law and identification of relevant supports and services.

The development of the website was greatly supported by the skill and commitment of Claire Fennell, Instructional Designer, UCC and has been generously funded by an Irish Research Council New Foundations Award 2014.
