It was great to have the Postgraduate Certificate in Dairy Technology and Innovation class in in UCC and Teagasc last week. The students took part in their second block week of teaching, a mix of lectures and practicals in 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork and Moorepark Food Research Centre in Fermoy.
