Congratulations to Emeritus Professor Geoff Roberts. Two UCC trained historians, Dr James Ryan & Dr Susan Grant, have edited a festschrift in his honour. 鈥楻evisioning Stalin and Stalinism' is a collection of essays that address the conflicting and multi-faceted aspects of Stalinism and its representations.
The edited volume builds on Professor Roberts' career-long contribution to understanding of Stalin, and includes essays on a variety of topics from historians across the UK and Ireland. Dr Susan Grant and Dr James Ryan both completed their BA and MA in International Relations in the UCC History. Dr Ryan undertook his PhD under the direction of Professor Geoff Roberts in the School and is now a Senior Lecturer in Modern European (Russian History) in the 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Cardiff. Dr Susan Susan Grant is a lecturer in Russia and Soviet Union at Liverpool John Moores 深夜亚洲福利久久.
