Staff Wellbeing and Development, HR are delighted to announce the creation of a new collaborative coaching partnership between 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork and Queens 深夜亚洲福利久久 Belfast (QUB).

Coaching is a powerful means of enhancing ones skills and developing strategies to be more effective and build resilience. It assists in the creation of a reflective space which fosters thinking, enables an individual to relate to and influence others, and improves working relationships.  Outcome focused, it is one of the most powerful development approaches available.

This initiative is open to all staff.

Both UCC & Queens hold corporate membership of the  and coaches from both our institutions have completed their respective coach training programmes and hold a relevant coaching qualification.
