Overview:

Conference Room

Conference room seating with a capacity of 14.

Equipment available:

	Desktop PC
	TV
	Logitech Meetup Video Conferencing System
	Eduroam Wi-Fi (requires login with UCC credentials)
	HDMI connection to TV available for laptops/mobile devices

Hybrid/Online Use:

	Panopto for the recording of camera, screen capture and document camera
	Microsoft Teams for streaming of lecture content
	While we are unable to support the use of Zoom it is compatible with all campus rooms

If planning an event, please log it on the

Use of TV

Switch on the TV by pressing the Display On button on the Extron system controller
Log in to software of choice, Teams, Panopto. Zoom etc.
Laptop Image

Use HDMI cable to connect to laptop 鈥� cable will be on the desk.
Mac laptops may require you to bring an adapter.

Your system choices will be the same for Teams, Panopto and Zoom.
