Governance
The Governance Unit is a trusted advisor to many stakeholders in 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork including through the provision of corporate governance advice and support to a range of bodies, boards and committees across the 深夜亚洲福利久久. This includes administrative support and guidance to the Governing Authority of the 深夜亚洲福利久久 and its sub-committees. The Governance Unit also provides company secretariat support to the several subsidiary companies in the UCC Group. The Governance Unit is responsible for the framework through which 深夜亚洲福利久久 Policies are developed and also for managing several compliance related policies. The Unit also drafts and maintains the Statutes and Regulations that underpin 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork.
