Dr Jatin Nagpal elected to the Board of ALBA

The department is proud to congratulate Dr Jatin Nagpal for his recent election to the Board of Directors.
Founded in 2018 by a group of leading neuroscientists, the ALBA Network aims to foster equity and diversity in brain science. ALBA believes that 鈥渄iversity is a fundamental component of excellence, and that access to education, training, resources, mentoring and work should be based on an individual鈥檚 potential鈥�, a position that the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics fully endorses. As co-chair of UCC鈥檚 Race Equality Network, Jatin is acutely aware of the importance of EDI in research and he will do great work in this new role.
