Professor Anita Maguire Awarded 2025 RSC Bader Prize for Organic Chemistry

The School of Pharmacy congratulates Professor Anita Maguire on receiving the , recognising her exceptional contributions to organic and pharmaceutical chemistry.
Professor Maguire played a key role in establishing the School of Pharmacy at UCC, helping to shape its direction from its launch in 2003 and supporting its development into a leading centre for pharmacy education and research.
She currently serves as Head of the School of Chemistry, Director of UCC Futures 鈥� Future Pharmaceuticals, and is a Co-Principal Investigator in the SFI Research Centre SSPC.
