Roinn na Sean- agus na Me谩n-Ghaeilge welcome the publication of a new book by Dr Tadhg 脫 S铆och谩in, Caoilte sa Luath-Fhianna铆ocht (Coisc茅im, 2021). Based on his PhD thesis which he completed in the Department in 2018, this is the first in-depth study of the character of Caoilte as presented in the early Finn Cycle.
Dr 脫 S铆och谩in is also the author of The Case of the Abbot of Drimnagh: A Medieval Irish Story of Sex-Change, Cork Studies in Celtic Literatures 2 (Cork, 2017) which is available for purchase here ().
