Gastronom铆a, cultura e identidad

When There is No Direct Way
As a writer with no academic or formal background in Translation Studies, I learned by instinct and practice. The goal of this talk is to show some of the problems I found during my experience translating both poetry and prose, not only those related to grammar and linguistics but to culture and sociology. Because finding solutions to these issues was not only a way in which I was able to successfully finish a translation job, but also to create and become part of the text
