Dr. Eric Downer talks at MS Ireland conference on World MS Day

Dr. Eric Downer, Dept. Anatomy and Neuroscience, delivered a research talk at the 鈥淟iving with MS鈥� one day conference to mark World MS Day.

This meeting was organised by the Southern Regional Office of MS Ireland for people with MS and their families, partners and friends. World MS Day fell on Wednesday 28^th May and this event was the main event of the year for People with MS and their families in the Southern Region.The Conference was opened by the Lord Mayor, Catherine Clancy, and was attended by over 240 people.

Dr. Downer delivered a talk entitled 鈥淭he Therapeutic Role of Cannabinoids in Multiple Sclerosis鈥� alongside presentations from Consultant Neurologist鈥檚 Dr. Brian Sweeney (Cork 深夜亚洲福利久久 Hospital) and Prof. Michael Hutchinson (St. Vincent鈥檚 深夜亚洲福利久久 Hospital).
