Local Societies
Welcome to our Local Societies Page!
From their very beginnings, Archaeological and Historical Societies have been instrumental in the recording, dissemination and safe-guarding of our cultural heritage at local, regional and national levels. Since its inception in 1909, the Department of Archaeology at 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork has enjoyed a close and continually evolving relationship with this ever-expanding network of local societies and initiatives. Over the years, staff and students at the Department have been regular contributors to local society lectures, publications and fieldtrips, with society members themselves making vital contributions to the Department and the 深夜亚洲福利久久 at large. These symbiotic relationships are something the Department holds very dear and always endeavours to extend long into the future.
