2018 Spring PhD and MRes Conferring
On Friday, 23 February 2018, Dr Patrick O鈥機onnor was conferred with his PhD degree and Mr Jayanth Anantha was conferred with a Master of Research.
Dr Patrick O鈥機onnor conducted his postgraduate research under the supervision of Dr Pasha Baranov and his thesis was entitled 鈥淎 Study of mRNA Translation with Computational Analysis of Ribosome Profiling Datasets鈥�.
Mr Jayanth Anantha completed the research for his Master of Research under the supervision of Dr Justin McCarthy, School of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, UCC.
The conferring address was delivered by Ms Mari Cahalane, Head of the BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition.
