Summer Placement Seminars - Peer Support at a First Class Level
Placement seminars by fourth year Biochemistry, Biomedical Science and Genetics students were held on Tuesday 8th and Tuesday 15th October for third year students.

John conducted his research under the supervision of Dr Kellie Dean and William worked under the supervision of Dr Sharon McKenna, Cork Cancer Research Centre, UCC.
and Kornelia Dembicka were both recipients of SEFS Summer Research Bursaries and Niamh conducted her project with Dr Fleming鈥檚 research team and Kornelia conducted her project with Dr Young鈥檚 research team.
The School of Biochemistry and Cell Biology also provided Summer Vacation Studentships and these were discussed by two of the recipients and who were supervised by Dr Eoin Fleming and Dr Ken Nally, respectively.
