Undergraduate Studies

Staff at the centre teach across a number of undergraduate programmes – BSc. International Development, BSc Food Marketing and Entrepreneurship, B.Comm, BSc Agricultural Science, and BSc. Government and Political Science, to name a few. 

Postgraduate Studies

The award-winning MSc in Sustainable Development, Agri-food & Co-operatives examines sustainability from the perspective of agri-food systems, emphasizing place-based and collaborative approaches. This unique MSc combines both theory and practice, offering a distinctive blend of academic rigor and real-world application.

Executive Education

The Diploma in Corporate Direction (Food Business) aims to develop the leadership capabilities of agricultural co-operative directors and senior management in key areas such as strategy, governance, compliance, finance and communications with an emphasis on sustainability across all areas. This programme is run in conjunction with the Food Industry Training Unit and Adult Continuing Education, UCC and the Irish Co-operative Organisation Society (ICOS)

The Certificate in Co-operative Governance and Professional Development is currently a bespoke programme for �վ�����á�� co-operative following its remutualisation to a fully farmer owned structure in 2021. The Certificate aims to provide essential knowledge and skills development to support and progress participants through the representative structures of their co-operative organisation.
