Materials Chemistry & Analysis Group publish in Nature Communications

Congratulations to members to the Materials Chemistry & Analysis Group on their recent publication in Nature Communications.

The publication describes the growth of new semiconductor wires, with diameters over a thousand time smaller than the width of a human hair, for use in future high-speed, energy-efficient optical and electronic devices. The work was carried out in collaboration with researchers at the Tyndall National Institute, the SuperSTEM Laboratory (Daresbury, UK), the Bose Institute (Kolkata, India) and Northeastern 深夜亚洲福利久久 (Boston, USA).
