Congratulations to Dr. Vedat Dogan

Warm congratulations to Dr Vedat Dogan, Insight Centre and formerly Confirm Centre, who was conferred with his PhD at UCC on November 8th.
His thesis is titled 鈥淏ayesian Bilevel Optimization鈥� and his supervisor was Dr Steve Prestwich.
