DSIS research presented at "Evaluating transformative innovation policies" Workshop in Seville

DSIS researcher Dr Ian Hughes was invited by the EU Commission鈥檚 Joint Research Centre to attend an expert workshop on 鈥淓valuating transformative innovation policies: Emerging practices and challenges in monitoring, evaluation and policy learning for transformative goals鈥 in Seville on March 12.
The workshop brought together policy practitioners, researchers and experts to discuss key challenges, needs and ways forward in improving systems approaches to evaluation of transformative innovation policies as applied to challenge-oriented issues. It was a welcome opportunity to present Ideas from DSIS: Evaluating Transformative Policies (Hughes, I.).
