Introduction
UCC is committed to addressing inequalities and creating an inclusive culture and environment where diversity is celebrated, and individuals can thrive, irrespective of their background. To better understand how individuals experience their working environment, highlight existing good Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) practices, and identify areas for enhancement, we run an all-staff 鈥淰alues and Culture鈥 EDI Survey every two years.
So far, two all-staff surveys of this type have taken place in 2022 and 2024, and the next consultation is scheduled for May 2026.
A summary report presenting key data from the 2024 dataset and comparing data points against baseline figures from 2022 for an identical study was prepared in June 2024. The report was presented to the 深夜亚洲福利久久 Leadership Team (ULT), the Governing Authority (GA), and subsequently to all staff at a Deputy President and Registrar's (DPR) Town Hall on 9 October 2024.
UCC STAFF ONLY - for more details, to access the report, please follow the link below to a SharePoint site: 'EDI Data Collection, Monitoring and Reporting'
