UCC starts work on the first LGBT+ Equality Action Plan in a HEI

UCC will be hosting a consultation on June 5 to start drafting the first LGBT+ Action Plan in a HEI.
We are delighted to be opening UCC鈥檚 LGBT+ Action Plan Consultation on 5 June 2025. This Consultation, which will be facilitated by Dr Aoife Neary, School of Education and Gordon Grehan, Shout Out, will feed into the development of UCC鈥檚 first LGBT+ Equality Action Plan, in alignment with Action 5.2 of 鈥淏elonging at UCC鈥�: A Strategic Framework and Action Plan for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (2025-2028), and the Athena Swan Silver Action Plan 2025-2030.鈥�
