Out of Frame 鈥� Film Talk at the Roundy 鈥� 1st October 鈥� 7:00pm
Out of Frame is Cork鈥檚 new Film Talk in the upstairs of the Roundy. Every month we invite filmmakers to present their work before participating in a discussion where we learn more about their background and their specific roles, and get a unique insight into the stories behind their films. Followed by an open Q&A, Out of Frame serves as a platform to showcase Cork鈥檚 talented and diverse film community and to provide a space for exchange and connection among filmmakers.
Out of Frame has a exciting variety of themed event sessions lined up for you, ranging from all kinds of genres to crew roles and intermediality.
The first session 鈥淩ound 1: An Introduction鈥� will take place this Sunday, 1.10 at 7pm in the Roundy and focus on introducing the diversity of Cork鈥檚 film landscape. Round 1 features Artem Trofimenko as an experimental filmmaker, Sarah Corcoran as a fashion filmmaker and music video director, and UCC film graduate Adam Byrne and his team of the fiction short 鈥淎larm Boy鈥�.
