The Department of Theatre is delighted to announce sign up for our Adult Acting evening class starting on Mon 1st Feb 2021 is now open. 

Also UCC Youth Theatre is open to new members joining in Jan 2021. 

The Department of Theatre is delighted to launch registration for our Adult Acting classes and UCC Youth Theatre. Both classes will be launched online with regular review following best practice and public health advice.

The Department of Theatre is undertaking a rigorous exercise with external health and safety consultants to identify the kinds of teaching we will be able to deliver next year in each module. Because of the particular needs of Theatre, we are taking some time to work through these issues in order to give you the *best learning experience possible* while *keeping you as safe as possible*. 

UCC Youth Theatre is delighted to host Midsummer Meet UP 2020 with the Cork Midsummer Festival. Memebers from 5 local Youth Theatre will meet to share skills, make friends and leanring about theatre. Workshops facilitated by Maxine Acton-Carey, Julie O'Leary, Barry Whelan and Fionn Woodhouse.

Half Moon Festival

A once-off multi-disciplinary arts festival programmed by the inaugural cohort of the MA in Arts Management & Creative Producing as part of their end of year practical work.

Friday 26^th to Sunday 28^th June 2020.

UCC Youth Theatre (UCCYT) will host free online workshops for young people aged 14 - 18 with an interest in gaining Theatre skills, developing creatively, and meeting new people. These workshops are part of Cruinniú na nÓg supported by Creative Ireland.
