Knowing how much time you will be on campus this year will help you to make important decisions and plan your college experience effectively. We have important information for you about your timetable and how teaching will be delivered to help you.
Intensive German language summer evening course
6-week course at level A1/A2 with focus on communicative production (spoken and written)
The aim of this course is to help learners who have completed beginner level A1 with output and for anyone in between levels to gain communication practice and confidence.
6 weeks (2 x 50 min teaching sessions per week, on one evening)
Price: 鈧�130 (usual concessions available)
Time: Wednesdays, 6pm 鈥� 8pm (2x50 min), venue on campus tbc. after registration
Commencing: Wednesday, 20th May 2026, until 24th June 2026.

Please note: The course will run if a minimum number of applicants is reached.
German Evening Classes 2026/27
Dates and Times:
commencing September 2026 (venues on campus)
6-8pm, one evening per week, 20 week course (2 x 10 weeks).
Price: 鈧�350 (鈧�300 for UCC students and staff, unemployed and OAP).

Levels A1, A2, B1 numbers permitting.
Unless you are a complete beginner (level A1), please use the following links:
Course and Work Books are used for all three courses (tbc Motive A1, A2, and B1 respectively), available at most bookstores online. Please await confirmation that a course will be running before purchasing your books.
Please note that the running of the courses is subject to a minimum student number. If a course does not run, you will receive a full refund.
No refunds/cancellations are accepted once a course has started.
