Seminar aims:

• to bring together researchers and practitioners who are interested in learning and understanding the interplay between gender, institutions, politics, power and change;
• to provide expert advice to researchers on employing feminist institutionalism in their research, through our FIIN (Feminist Institutionalism International Network) roundtable;
• to offer a career advisory/support/mentoring opportunity for all, especially, Early Career Researchers/Scholars;
• to examine ways to diversify the discipline of political science and combat gender inequality in the profession, and the university more generally.

Who should attend: all are invited to attend. While the focus of discussion is political science and politics, the seminar will be of interest to those who have an interest in debates and discussions surrounding gender, diversity and inclusion (GDI) in the university sector more generally.
