If you need to report a breach relating to IT Security or Usage policies please follow these and contact itsecurity@ucc.ie for support.
If your breach relates to personal data please refer to OCLA procedures.

IT Policy Framework
The overarching is a high-level description of the IT policies, outlining their purpose and the process by which are maintained.
The IT Policy Framework outlines structures and processes that are relevant across all policies such as:
- IT policy governance structure
- Common terms which are reused throughout all IT policies
- IT resource monitoring
- Policy breach protocol
