Biography

Graduated with a Master鈥檚 degree in Marine Geology from 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Milano-Bicocca, Italy. During their degree they have completed an internship as thin section technician in the same university, working on samples from Pag Island foraminifera-bearing carbonates. Their Master's thesis focused on the palaeoecological reconstruction of the Maastrichtian-Paleocene fossil reef of the Majella massif with a particular focus to symbiont-bearing large benthic foraminifera, red algae Corallinophycidae, rudists and scleractinian corals. They are now a Ph.D. student involved in the TRIDENT Project.

Research Interests

Lucrezi's research interests include geobiology, palaeoecology, palaeoceanography, palaeoclimatology and sedimentology to understand and reconstruct the past of our planet and to provide suitable baselines for future ecosystem development.
