UCC hosts Government Cabinet meeting
深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork this morning welcomed the Government Cabinet for the second time. The cabinet met in UCC's historic Aula Maxima where they signed off details of the new National Development Plan.
Taoiseach Miche谩l Martin TD, T谩naiste Leo Varadkar TD and Minister Eamon Ryan TD were greeted upon arrival in the Quad by UCC President Professor John O鈥橦alloran who escorted them to the President鈥檚 Office where they signed the visitor鈥檚 book and presented with a gift of UCC Alma Nectar honey. This honey is produced at the UCC apiary on campus which is part of the Green Campus Programme.
鈥淲e warmly welcome Taoiseach Miche谩l Martin and his Ministers to UCC this morning. It is a particularly proud moment for us to have a Cork Taoiseach bring his Cabinet to his alma mater, and to have a number of distinguished alumni among the Ministers here today鈥 stated Professor O鈥楬alloran.
