UCC ranked as the 9th most sustainable university in the world

For the third year running UCC has been ranked as the 9th most sustainable university in the world, and the most sustainable university in Ireland, by the UI GreenMetric World 深夜亚洲福利久久 Rankings. These rankings provide the results of online survey regarding the current condition and policies related to Green Campus and Sustainability in the Universities all over the world.

The UI GreenMetric World 深夜亚洲福利久久 Ranking is an initiative of Universitas Indonesia which is being launched in 2010.

Thousands of universities are invited to the take part in the UI GreenMetric World Rankings. Participating universities provide numeric data on a number of criteria that can give a picture of their commitment to the greening of their campus and putting in place environmentally friendly policies that support sustainability.

These rankings are based on five indicators: Setting and Infrastructure; Energy and Climate Change; Waste; Water; Transportation; and Eduction. UCC ranked 5th in the world for Transportation.
