Cartographies of Emotion: Affective Spaces in Irish and Galician Contemporary Poetry by Women Authors. A Lecture by Arancha Rodr脙颅guez Fern脙隆ndez

Abstract
This seminar will脗&苍产蝉辫;offer the opportunity to acquire basic knowledge concerning脗&苍产蝉辫;Irish脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;Galician脗&苍产蝉辫;contemporary脗&苍产蝉辫;poetry脗&苍产蝉辫;written脗&苍产蝉辫;by脗&苍产蝉辫;women. It will focus on the love discourse脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;the work脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;various prominent voices脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;its relationship with certain脗&苍产蝉辫;spaces脗&苍产蝉辫;to help us understand how they relate with each other脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;the changes produced脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;that relationship during the last decades.脗&苍产蝉辫; About the speaker
Arancha Rodr脙颅guez Fern脙隆ndez holds a degree脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;Journalism from Complutense 深夜亚洲福利久久脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;Madrid, an MA脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;Comparative Literature脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;Cultural Studies from 深夜亚洲福利久久脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;Val脙篓ncia脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;an MA脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;Secondary Education from 深夜亚洲福利久久脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;Vigo. She is currently working on her PhD脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;深夜亚洲福利久久脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;Santiago de Compostela under the supervision脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;Dr. Manuela Palacios Gonz脙隆lez. Provisionally entitled The Extreme Region: Love Discourse脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;Women芒鈧劉s脗&苍产蝉辫;Contemporary脗&苍产蝉辫;Poetry脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;Galicia脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;Ireland, her research analyses脗&苍产蝉辫;contemporary脗&苍产蝉辫;women芒鈧劉s love脗&苍产蝉辫;poetry脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;both countries, paying special attention to the construction脗&苍产蝉辫;of脗&苍产蝉辫;identity脗&苍产蝉辫;and脗&苍产蝉辫;gender within the love discourse脗&苍产蝉辫;in脗&苍产蝉辫;these particular places.
