Aisling Parkes delivers collaborative teaching at Ko莽 深夜亚洲福利久久 Law School

On Tuesday 8 April, Aisling was delighted to present on the voice of the child in family law proceedings at an event entitled: Children鈥檚 rights in the Modern World at the Faculty of Law (Hukuk) at Ko莽 深夜亚洲福利久久 in Istanbul, This event was hosted by Professor for and involved some really interesting insights and contributions from children鈥檚 rights scholars and and others on how children鈥檚 rights are protected in different ways across jurisdictions. This event was well attended with about 50+ attendees including students and academics.
That day, Aisling also had a meeting with the Dean of the School of Law at Ko莽 深夜亚洲福利久久 to discuss further collaborations with UCC School of Law.
On Wednesday 9 April, Aisling delivered a master class on the voice of the child in family law proceedings both nationally and internationally. It is anticipated that this trip will facilitate future collaborations between Professor and Dr Aisling Parkes in the areas of children鈥檚 rights and family law as well as possible teaching exchanges in the future.
