Justicia Ambiental Intergeneracional
The article re-thinks intergenerational environmental justice in the era of the climate crisis by centring children and youth as political actors now, not only as vulnerable 鈥渇uture generations.鈥 It weaves insights from youth climate litigation, critical temporalities (queer & decolonial thought), and social theories of generation to propose a postpaternalist approach: adults and children co-governing ecological futures in real time. The article grew out of the 鈥淰oces en Justicia Ecol贸gica鈥 Workshop hosted by Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in November 2024, where the author presented early ideas that later developed into this publication.
