Biography
鈥淕raduating from UCC with a BE Civil in 1980, I worked as a Consulting Engineer with Delap and Waller Dublin, Roughton and Partners London and Arup in Cork. I obtained a Higher Diploma in Environmental Engineering in 1996.鈥�
鈥淚 entered politics and was elected to D谩il 脡ireann in 1997 and has served in many political roles including Lord Mayor of Cork and a member of Seanad 脡ireann. I鈥檓 currently a member of the European Parliament and a member of the Transport Committee.鈥�
