Healthy Exercise Advice from The Mardyke Arena

Each of our leaders have been provided with personalised exercise plans to improve their aerobic fitness and help achieve their target weights by Alanna and Claire from the UCC Mardyke Arena. Our Leaders will avail of the world class facilities in The Mardyke Arena Gym as well as partaking in regular brisk walks alone or ideally with some of the wider UCC community and other Operation Transformation participants in Cork.
