On December 16th, Niccoló Usai, research fellow at UNIFI and member of the JCOERE team, gave a presentation at the The Younger Academics Network of Insolvency Law (YANIL), "Coffee Chat" webinar series.

The project team at 深夜亚洲福利久久 Titu Maiorescu hosted an online videoconference last week, disseminating information on the JCOERE project research findings.

Join the JCOERE project for a webinar event, featuring three panel sessions with a broad range of speakers, discussing corporate rescue and preventive restructuring processes in Ireland and the European Union. 

The JCOERE project team participated in a fascinating webinar on October 28th, hosted by the 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Sydney. 

JCOERE project team at UCC presented at the 111^th Annual SLS conference, which took place on September 1^st- 4^th and was virtually hosted by the 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Exeter. 

JCOERE team attended and presented at the European Research Academy Conference on Restructuring and Insolvency within the EU, held on November 7th-8th in Trier, Germany. Organised by ERA with INSOL Europe.

The JCOERE project team has been exceptionally busy over the last several months, preparing for what is going to be an event packed week in Copenhagen.

The morning of May 6^th was the beginning of an excellent, intensive two-day team meeting for the JCOERE Project. The meeting took place in Florence, where the JCOERE team was kindly hosted by the one of the project partners, Universit脿 degli Studi di Firenze.

Dr Iacopo Donati, a Post-Doc at the 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Florence on the JCOERE Project, was invited to attend a conference on the 鈥�Europeanisation of the Danish Insolvency Law鈥� to give a presentation on the possibilities to restructure secured debt under the legal framework envisaged by the EU Directive on preventive restructuring.  

The Cross-Border Corporate Insolvency and Commercial Law Research Group held its third annual conference on 26th April 2019 at City 深夜亚洲福利久久 in London. It was with great honour that Professor Irene Lynch-Fannon, Principal Investigator of the JCOERE Team, gave the Thomson Reuters City Law School Insolvency Presentation, the key-note address for the conference, along with Post-Doctoral Researcher, Dr Jennifer L. L. Gant. 

Dr Jennifer L. L. Gant, crossed the globe to arrive in Singapore on 28^th March 2019 for a series of events centred around global insolvency and corporate restructuring law and practice, including the Ian Fletcher International Insolvency Law Moot, the INSOL International Academics Colloquium and a workshop on Research and Teaching in Insolvency Law at the National 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Singapore.

Molly O’Connor and Aoife Finnerty (JCOERE UCC) attended a very successful kick start meeting in Brussels on March 27^th. The meeting, hosted by the European Commission, took place in the Committee of the Regions and attendees were project teams, coordinators and beneficiaries of funding under the EU 2020 Justice Programme. The meeting proved to be highly informative and very successful in providing each project team with critical information relating to project standards, considerations and recommendations.

The First Project Meeting of the JCOERE project was held on 14th November 2018 at 深夜亚洲福利久久 College Cork (UCC), gathering an international team from the School of Law at UCC, Ireland, the 深夜亚洲福利久久 of Florence, Italy, Titu Maiorescu 深夜亚洲福利久久, Bucharest, Romania, and the European network of insolvency and economic recovery professionals, INSOL Europe.

Professor Irene Lynch Fannon was invited to attend the Judicial Wing meeting of the INSOL Europe Annual Conference to present information on the JCOERE project, which had just kicked off from its start date on October 1^st.
