She is a member of the Romanian judiciary at Bucharest Tribunal and PhD researcher at the Titu Maiorescu 深夜亚洲福利久久, Bucharest, Romania, commercial law, with research theme 鈥淐ommunication, cooperation and coordination in cross-border insolvency鈥�. She has 23 years of experience, as following:1996 - 2004 鈥� lawyer; 2004 - present 鈥� judge (insolvency and bankruptcy law specialisation from 2011). She is a Fellow INSOL International 2018, Fellow European Law Institute 2017, member of INSOL Europe Judicial Wing 2018 and member INSOL Europe 2014. She followed The INSOL International Global Insolvency Practice Course 2017-2018, the INSOL EUROPE High Level Course on Insolvency Law in Eastern European Jurisdictions 2017-2018, Bucharest, The Postgraduate Course in International Insolvency Law Distance Learning, Nottingham Trent 深夜亚洲福利久久 - Law School.
