Associate Professor, PhD in Economics, Titu Maiorescu 深夜亚洲福利久久, Bucharest, Department of Finance, Banking and Business Administration. Prof. DUCA is the financial manager of the partner - Titu Maiorescu 深夜亚洲福利久久.
The main research interests are corporate finance, budgeting, money and banking, corporate governance, investments, corporate social responsibility.
Professional experience: 15 books, over 50 research papers, studies, and participation in national and international scientific symposia and conferences. Member of the research team in 11 scientific research projects. Expert (financial manager) or trainer in 9 EU-funded projects.
Membership in prestigious associations: Romanian Association of Finance and Banks (ROFIBA), The International Network for Economic Research (INFER), The Association for Reforming the Tax System.
