Stage adaptation of Caoineadh Airt U铆 Laoghaire at UCC

A stage adaptation of Caoineadh Airt U铆 Laoghaire was performed in An Seomra Caidrimh recently. This adaptation was made by 脕ine U铆 Chuill who also played the part of Eibhl铆n Dubh N铆 Chonaill, with musical accompaniment on the tin whistle by Gormfhlaith N铆 Sh铆och谩in N铆 Bheol谩in.
The performance was recorded professionally as a resource for students of the Department of Modern Irish. Dr Se谩n Ua S煤illeabh谩in organised this special event. Thanks are also due to Declan O鈥機onnell, WildAcre Productions, Se谩n 脫 Laoi, Ionad na Gaeilge Labhartha, and An Cumann Dr谩ma铆ochta.
