AWS 鈥淏reaking Barriers for Agentic Networks鈥 event

Congratulations to Qamar Usman, an Advance CRT PhD student (co-supervised by Aisling O鈥 Driscoll and Cormac Sreenan) and Ahmed Abdelreheem, a postdoctoral researcher (under Ahmed Zahran and Cormac Sreenan) who took part in the 鈥淏reaking Barriers for Agentic Networks鈥 event in conjunction with the Telecom Infra project.
As part of this 3 day event, they showcased joint research in reducing energy expenditure by leveraging O-RAN and to engage in insightful discussions on the role of agentic AI in next-generation networking.
During the event, They worked with the VIAVI AI-RAN Scenario Generator (AI-RSG) tool for simulating and optimising intelligent RAN environments.
