UCC Medical Graduates Association Webinar | Pregnancy Loss
On Wednesday, 01 March 2023, Professor Keelin O鈥橠onoghue and Dr Daniel Nuzum delivered a webinar titled 鈥Recurrent Miscarriage and Termination of Pregnancy for Fetal Anomaly: Current challenges and future directions鈥 to members of the UCC Medical Graduates Association.
Dr Nuzum鈥檚 talk 鈥淩ecurrent Miscarriage: the psychological, financial and emotional challenges鈥 drew on findings from the RE:CURRENT Project and other studies on miscarriage conducted by the Group. The new clinical practice guideline on recurrent miscarriage, led by Dr Laura Linehan, was also discussed.
presented the latest research on termination of pregnancy for fetal anomaly, outlining current challenges and future directions.
The event was chaired by Dr John Coulter, and was well attended and received.
