Abstract

The purpose of this document is to provide clinical guidance for health care providers, regarding section 12 and section 10 of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018, which deals with termination of pregnancy prior to 12 weeks (12 weeks +0 days) gestation.
