This seminar asks how the EU's law and politics in its neighbourhood impact on citizens' lives in the neighbourhood and the EU itself. We compare the EU's new Western neighbourhood, the UK, with the EU's Eastern neighbourhood, focusing on Northern Ireland and Ukraine and on movement of people between the EU and these regions.
