Staff Accommodation
UCC Campus Accommodation offers nine stylishly designed One and Two bedroom apartments, in private grounds, for visiting staff to UCC.
The apartments are fully fitted self contained apartments offer a flexible and modern living environment.
The apartments are conveniently located on the Western Road, within walking distance to Cork City centre and are directly opposite UCC. Parking for residents of St. Kilda's is subject to availability.
Apartments are available to visiting staff members to UCC for short-term lettings only. There is a minimum letting period of two months and a maximum letting period of 6 months. We are unable to offer rebookings.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Please note that all enquiries and application are to be sent by email only to stkildas@ucc.ie.
- Utilities including heating and electricity is 鈧�100 pcm per apartment.
- A refundable deposit of 鈧�500 is required to book an apartment.
- Rent is payable monthly -by standing order.
- Rebookings are unavailable.
To confirm letting, visiting staff are required to:
- Pay a refundable deposit of 鈧�500 (refunded after departure, subject to inspection of unit)
- Pay the first months rent in advance.
- Sign and return the Lease Agreement
