Terms & Conditions
Application
Applications will be accepted for a minimum stay of 2 months and a maximum stay of 6 months.
Deposit
A deposit of 鈧�500 is to be paid in advance of occupancy.
Payment of Rent
Rent is to be paid by standing order or direct debit, monthly in advance The rental amount includes the cost of electricity, gas, television licence and refuse. Phone line rental and calls charged as per usage.
Termination of Tenancy
As this accommodation is dependent on the tenant being a UCC staff member, then should the contract of employment finish, the tenancy ceases also.
